At Aurier Watch Co, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within this period.

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, protective materials, tags, and documentation must be included

  • The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

  • Aurier Watch Co is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or damaged watches

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items returned without original packaging or documentation

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

9. Liability

Aurier Watch Co is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping services.
